Highlife Productions partnered with Interview Magazine, Michael Kors, and The Mavenry to transform The Fleur Room into a modern interpretation of New York City's legendary Studio 54, creating an unforgettable experiential event celebrating fashion, nightlife, and cultural iconography.

Inspired by the glamour and excess of the disco era, the event immersed editors, influencers, celebrities, and VIP guests in a reimagined nightlife experience where every detail reflected the unmistakable energy of one of New York's most celebrated cultural landmarks.

From custom scenic fabrication to live entertainment and immersive brand moments, Highlife Productions brought Studio 54 back to life for one unforgettable evening.

The Challenge

Michael Kors and Interview Magazine wanted to create an event that felt authentic to New York's fashion history while delivering an experience designed for today's social-first audience.

Rather than recreating Studio 54 literally, the goal was to reinterpret its spirit through elevated design, theatrical performance, and interactive moments that encouraged guests to engage with the environment and share the experience organically.

Working alongside The Mavenry, Highlife Productions transformed The Fleur Room into a contemporary disco destination inspired by one of the world's most famous nightclubs.
