To celebrate the launch of the Pilot G2 Boost Pen, Highlife Productions partnered with Pilot Corporation of America to create an immersive pop-up experience centered around one simple idea: Unlocking the Power of Positivity.

Designed as an interactive coffee shop takeover, the activation invited consumers to experience the new product through creativity, connection, and hands-on engagement. Throughout the day, the space welcomed both the public and invited VIP guests, transforming a neighborhood café into a dynamic branded environment that celebrated optimism, productivity, creativity, and balance.

The Challenge

The activation needed to serve two audiences in one day: an open-to-the-public community experience followed by an elevated private launch event for invited press and VIP guests.
